Energy Lab Training believes triathlon coaching is a personal experience. Triathlon training is practicing the skills and techniques you learn from a triathlon coach. Techniques for triathlon training should be specific to you. Triathlon training plans are one technique triathlon coaches use to develop triathlete abilities. Triathlon training is most effective when triathlon coaching sets you up for efficient triathlon training. Triathlon training plans are limited by how personalized or customized they are.

Energy Lab Training understands triathlon coaching and triathlon training. Your triathlon goals, your body, and your experiences are all important pieces of triathlon coaching. Triathlon coaching is limited by the skill, education, and experience a coach has in both triathlon and human movement principles. Triathlon coaching is the balance between the cost and time available to work with each athlete. Even when your goal is triathlon training, triathlon coaching is the only way to prepare for effective triathlon training.
