We live in an exciting time for endurance sports. People of all shapes and sizes are getting into running, cycling, and swimming. Many are learning, for the first time in their life, they can accomplish athletic feats they once thought insurmountable. Whether it’s walking your first 5k, qualifying for Boston, or finishing an Ironman, you can train your body to conquer to any finish line. Don’t limit yourself with expectations of what is not possible.  Dream big and train smart, you can accomplish more than you think.
