Is Your Focus Fitness or Fun?

Training for fun is critical to keep your exercise program alive. Research shows,  “Participants (need) to find intrinsically enjoyable activities and stress the importance of a certain level of self-focus in committing to a more active lifestyle if they are to succeed.” Is your idea of “fun,” paving a road to fitness? Are you focussed on the outcomes or enjoying the journey to a healthier, fitter you?
