As a Fellow of Applied Function Science (FAFS), Trevor has studied under the premier innovators in functional movement, Gary Gray and Dr. Dave Tiberio.  The Gray Institute teaches Fellows to apply the same principles, strategies and techniques of human movement to physical therapy, injury prevention and rehab, personal training, and sports performance.  Trevor also collaborates with therapists at Longevity Physical Therapy to design personal training programs that progress the healing process.

Most important to our training strategy is understanding the root causes of injuries.  Figuring out the underlying cause of symptoms is critical long term success.  That’s why we always look at your biomechanics to see what inefficiency caused the compensation that led to your injury.  By treating the cause you’ll enjoy better physical performance while reducing your chances of future injuries.  Every athlete we work with gets the same attention they deserve whether as a post physical therapy client or elite athlete looking a the competitive edge.
