You might be able to train for a 5k, half marathon, or Ironman by following an online training plan, but you risk sluggish performance gains, injury and of course a complete lack of customization.  Don’t settle for this type of generic, detached training—with our interactive online coaching, you will get the ultimate in personalized coaching that evolves with you and your fitness.

We’ll start with a telephone conversation to review your health, medical history, injuries, current exercise program, goals and timelines. Your coach will then create daily workouts in one-week increments for an agreed pre-race period and add them to your personal TrainingPeaks.com account. You will use this program to track your training in detail—since the software allows you to interface with heart rate monitors, GPS, power meters, and other such tools, you can upload your workout data straight to the site from your computer. Based on the feedback you document, the program will help you chart your progress, challenges, commitments, and so on.  Your coach will review this information each week and adapt your training to ensure it remains realistic and effective.
